Skills & Certification Bootcamp

Microsoft, together with Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, TalentCorp, Akkodis Academy and Malaysia’s universities, have jointly brought this series of bootcamps together for 10,000 students across Malaysia!

 

For the first bootcamp in September, while pursuing one Microsoft certification pathway, you will have access to learning materials, practice tests, and certification exams, along with live events featuring Microsoft, industry, and academic experts in the form of exam preparation sessions, industry talks, and career preparation workshops at no cost!

Plus, you will get to submit your resume for internships or jobs offered by our hiring partners, with the help of Akkodis through the Adecco group. Only 1000 seats are available for the first September run and priority will be given to students from public universities. Register today for free!

Students have a choice of four certification paths as part of the bootcamp – Azure, AI, Data or Power Platform. Review the options below and enrol into one path only. Participants of the bootcamp will only receive one Microsoft Fundamentals Certification Exam Voucher (valued at USD $99).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 

You must be a current final-year Malaysian student of a public university with a working school email account for verification of student status. At the point of registration, please provide both your personal email and your educational email. Tech and non-tech students are welcome to apply.

Certification Pathways

After enrolling, you should receive a confirmation email within 2 business days on the creation of your account. Access the Go1 learning portal through that email or click the button below.

Self-paced learning modules, so you can learn at a time that works best for you. 

INTERACT

Daily interactive sessions with Microsoft and other industry experts, bringing to life real-world concepts so that you are well-versed before entering a career in tech.

CERTIFY

Exam preparation sessions with Microsoft experts, plus a FREE Microsoft Exam Voucher (valued at USD$99) so you can get Microsoft Certified.

LAND A JOB

Connecting employers with you after you have developed the baseline technical and professional skills needed to enter a career in tech.

  • 14 Aug - 10 Sep: Register for your choice of certification pathway (AZ, AI, DP, or PL)

  • 9 - 10 Sep: Ensure that you can access the Go1 portal and the correct certification pathway

  • 11 - 25 Sep: Attend all live events, schedule your exam and complete self-paced learning

  • 12 - 20 Sep: Book your examinations with UTHM

  • 22, 24, 25 Sep: Complete the examination and post your certification on LinkedIn

  • 18 - 29 Sep: Apply for internship / job opportunities under the 'Jobs' tab by submitting your resumes to Akkodis (Adecco)*

  • 25 Sep: Attend our live career preparation talks

  • Oct: Ace your interviews and get placed in an internship / job role*
